Production Process of PLA+ Printing Filament

NatureWorks imported raw materials from the U.S. When purchasing raw materials, WISO will ask the raw material supplier to provide the latest import date batch. We use the latest PLA raw materials to manufacture 3D consumables.

Dry the ingredients in the dryer.
(Setting Drying Temperature and Time)

After drying, the raw materials and color powder are mixed evenly and put into the production equipment.
(Using precision electronic scales.)
4.
The production equipment pulls out the wire through the extrusion process.
5.
The outer diameter is checked by a calibrator.
6.
The final diameter of the wire is checked by a diameter measuring instrument, and the inspection report is automatically recorded by the computer.
7.
Line winding.
8.
Labeling, vacuum packing and packing into carton.
